As our driving principle states: If practitioners are inspiring, learners will be inspired. Within the busy lives of schools, everyone needs a little help to reflect an issue at times. As specialists in solution-focused coaching, we can help to add clarity. All members and associates of Lighting up Learning hold, or are obtaining, professional coaching qualifications and have a broad range of experiences based on current classroom practice, or at least within the last three years. We can move practice forward both at strategic and classroom level by coaching: - Head teachers and Senior Leaders seeking to add key issues or strategic decisions - Classroom teachers wanting to improve learning environments and standards of teaching - HLTAs to assist them in effective classroom management and AfL techniques - Emerging and aspiring leaders as part of Leading from the Middle or similar programmes - Struggling teachers who may need to reconnect with pedagogy and sound practice - We can also mentor struggling teachers or those in capability Due to the delicate and sensitive nature of coaching, we do not have a menu of activities to choose from.
