Who are 'we'?

Nicholas Garrick

Director BA (hons), PGCE, FRSA

Nicholas is an energiser. He is passionate that learning should be a process; an experience to be explored and engaged with.

He believes that creativity, curiosity and making links are the basic principles of learning. As a practising Inclusion Leader and teacher in Christ Church Primary School, Bristol, he is dedicated to enhancing learners' experiences. As a trainer he inspires people to 'get up and go'. As a consultant he listens intently, seeks opportunities and develops potential in others in order to achieve feasible, real solutions.

Over the past 11 years, Nicholas has taught Reception to Year Six; been an Advanced Skills Teacher and Deputy Head, and has recently been made a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
