Enable individuals to progress and organisations to benefit from a coaching culture

What coaching can do

Coaching can increase skills; provide personal development; build relationships; embed a culture of support, and, make people more reflective and resilient.

Everyone in the Coaching Partners team is or has been a teacher or leader in schools. We know that coaching is massively beneficial because we've both given and received it in a variety of situations. We'll work with you on one of several ways to make a lasting, positive impact on your working life or organisation.

Prepare for a new role, flourish in a current one or embed coaching across a whole organisation

Bring coaching skills into your setting informally or train your staff to become qualified coaches

Give current coaches skills and time to reflect on practice and develop further as they work

Look after the mental health and wellbeing of staff to increase resilience and longevity in roles

  • Kristian is able to use his own experience as a Headteacher, to quickly build rapport and effectively focus his questioning, as a coach. I have returned to school with renewed vision and determination. I would recommend Kristian’s coaching to any Headteacher as part of their own CPD and support for Wellbeing.
    — George Samios, Twerton Infant School & Nursery
  • I really couldn’t have done it without you. Mark, Celia and Ali, you have all been fantastic, coping with all our rubbish and knowing us so well that without us realising you are always giving us exactly what we need. Thank you.
    — Natalie Parsons, Trainee Teacher, Cabot Institute
  • Really helpful and enjoyable. I'm taking lots back to implement tomorrow. I already feel confident in applying things from today.
    — Beth Horn, Wroughton Federation
  • The informality of the session was really useful for discussion and development
    — Jennifer Martin, Lainesmead Primary
  • It was great to have time to reflect on year group expectations and also to think "whole school". Thank you so much :)
    — Michelle Tuocl, English coordinator
  • Celia and Ali were so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.
    — Carly Chew, Lethbridge Primary
