Years of experience as a Curriculum Lead and consultant make her able to gain valuable insight into a programme's strengths and weaknesses extremely quickly and deliver actionable, useful advice. Her passion is enhancing curriculum to connect every learner to their locality.

  Kristian Hancock -  Coaching Partners    Kris' skills centre on listening, encouraging and finding concrete solutions. As a former head teacher of many years, he appreciates what individual teachers and schools need in order to work better, whether it's one to one coaching or techniques for team communication. His passion is transparency and the empowerment of leaders.

  Celia Jenkins -  Teaching Futures    Celia is in charge of our very own Salaried School Direct course and plays an inspirational and supportive role as a mentor for trainee teachers in SCITTs, Universities and schools alike. She demonstrates an empathetic and intuitive approach to both individual and group mentoring in numerous settings. Her passion is teacher retention.
