Following the feedback and success of the existing network and recent inspections, three more collaborative sessions per subject focusing on pedagogy, assessing and evaluating for seven subjects across terms 2, 4 and 6. Sessions are practical, collaborative and focused on subject leaders making a difference in their settings between sessions with network facilitators available between sessions for advice and guidance.
New Subject Leader Collaborations facilitated in Terms 2, 4 and 6 (2023/2024) for Scientist/Historian/Geographer/Engineer/Musician/Artist subject leaders.
Our focus will be on sequencing the subject throughout the school, across year groups/phases and within enquiries/topics.
The format of the sessions will include a short introductory film for all subject leaders to watch prior to each session, followed by a one hour online from 3.45-4.45, designed to be:
· Dialogic - encouraging thought, comment and input from all
· Progressive - across the year
· Reflective - in order to form part of the Subject Leader Action Plans
There will be follow up Subject Leader Whatsapp group created to enable continuous discussions, and an optional online 1:1 curriculum coaching conversations with one of our team, a subject expert or practitioner for extra fee, please email to discuss your needs and requirements.

Cost:
£145 per subject or £900 for all seven subjects (saving 10%)

Practicalities
Once a PO is recieved, the person booking the sessions and each participant should receive a calendar invite directly via email. If you do not have a calendar invite please contact nicholas@lightinguplearning.com.
All content and recording of sessions will be made available post session via a link to a shared folder.
